    RETURN & EXCHANGED FOR PRE ORDER ITEM If your purchase has not met your expectations, you can make a return. You can see the conditions and the different options available for you to return your items. This is a pre-order item. Return and exchanges are not allowed except for reasons permitted as stated below: Exchange and refund only accepted if the condition of the item you bought is : Damage and defect when received - Refund or exchange Faulty - Exchange Wrong size only if the size sent is not the same as ordered - Exchange Wrong colour only if the colour sent is not the same as ordered - Exchange ​A)TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR MAKING A RETURN 1) For exchange, you must manage the return before the established deadline: Online shopping : 15 days of receiving product. Offline purchase : 15 days from the date of purchase. 2) Please be kindly informed that we do not accept if : Items are not in their original condition and does not include all labels and price tag. Innerwear and underwear. Look used and washed. Damaged such as torn, stain and wrinkle. Product had smell cigarette, perfume and etc. B) HOW TO RETURN? Contact Customer Care : Reach out to our Customer Care team via WhatsApp click here. They are available to assist you in resolving any concerns you may have. Provide Details : When contacting Customer Care, please provide detailed information including purchase receipt number for your order and a clear description of the issue you are facing. Assistance Process : Our Customer Care team will guide you through the necessary steps for return, exchange, or resolution of defects or wrong items. You must package the items you wish to return in a suitable bag or box, the one you received your parcel in. In the details of your order, we will give you the deadline for making the returns. A courier from the carrier partner will attach the return label on your parcel upon collection. The courier will provide you with proof of return. Please keep this for your record. You will need to bear the one-way shipping fee and be responsible for any losses, damages or extra expenses in transit, until it reaches our place. Goods returned to you will be sent by us for free. C) ADDITIONAL INFORMATION If you have any questions regarding returns, please contact Vrve’s Customer Service via WhatsApp click here, or via email admin@verve.my, and we will assist you. ​ Vrve guarantees a full refund for any returned item provided that it is returned in the same condition it was in upon your receipt. If an item in any way has been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try the item on), or that labels or tags are not intact, we have a right to reduce your refund with an amount corresponding to the decreased value of the item. Please note that the value of some products we sell, such as underwear and inner wear, will fully decline when you break their seal due to health protection and hygiene reasons.
